Our Products
Driers
We offer a range of driers that are produced from synthetic acid mixtures, assuring the stability and uniformity of the final product.
Our products are the combination of a metal with an organic acid, which not only favors the application of Cobalt and other liquid-form metals to paints and coatings, but also makes their use easier.
Micronized Iron and Chromium Oxides
Our inorganic pigments are the result of many years of worldwide research and development.
They are produced with the highest first-world technology and know-how; therefore, have a high weatherability. Their colors help in bringing homes, squares, buildings and cities to life.
Most of our pigments are manufactured in ISO 9001 and 14,001 certified plants.
We offer the most important colors used by the regional market such as:
- Red
- Yellow
- Black
- Brown
- Green (chromium oxide)
The concentrations of marketed Iron Oxide range between 87 and 95%. All of the colors are available in non-micronized and micronized version for very delicate applications and very fine finishes.
Organic Pigments
Using our organic pigments, paint manufacturers reach productivity increases and savings in grinding time, due to its high level of incorporation and solubility during the mixtures.
Divsa has a large variety of organic pigments, which are widely recommended for the paint division.
Its versatility, quality and excellent performance distinguishes them from competitive products.
Our pigments show excellent shine, tinctorial strength, excellent rheological properties and dispersibility in the medium. Moreover, they are highly compatible with normally-used formulations.
For the paint industry, we have the following pigment types:
- Aqueous, self-dispersible organic pigment preparations.
- Pastes; aqueous dispersions of organic and inorganic pigments.
- Aqueous dispersions of solvent-free organic pigments.
- Powdered organic and inorganic pigments.
- Micro-granulated organic pigments.
In the paint division, our pigments are appropriate for the following markets:
- Architectonic coatings (emulsion paints).
- Production of water-based and solvent-based dispersions.

Cellulosic thickeners
Divsa offers Cellulose ethers, nonionic in nature, with an important enzyme resistance.
They noticeable enhance the consistency, stability and water retention of water-based products.
These are low-foam products, with a very high color acceptance and an excellent stability when stored at high temperatures. In paints, these products are characterized by having a high viscosity when stored and a low viscosity when applied.
Preservatives
For the paint industry, we offer a line of Biocides of excellent quality and performance, such as:
- Bactericides for in-can preservation of aqueous-based paint
- Fungicides for dry film preservation of aqueous-based paint
